Schedule: Currently working 5/ 10-hour shifts per week. From 7am to 5:30pm, may require some overtime as workload dictates.
Pay rate: $34.50 per hour
Per diem: $85/daily per day worked. (Must meet eligibility requirements)
Essential Functions
- Perform equipment repairs and monthly preventative maintenance per OEM specs that are assigned by the Mechanic Foreman or Site Manager.
- Type of equipment such as Polaris and Kubota UTV’s, telehandlers, aerial work platforms, backhoes, skid steers and other.
- Assist with inspections and safety checks on equipment as needed.
- Assist with the shipping and receiving of all equipment.
- Prepare equipment for shipment, i.e., washing and servicing.
- Must be able to operate a forklift to include, load/unload and pack/unpack materials.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Mechanic Foreman or Site Manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 3 years of construction equipment repair.
- Physically able to squat, stoop, bend, climb, lie on back, lift and pull, reach up and out. Lift 70 lbs., carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to interpret service manuals & schematics.
- Valid State issued Driver’s license.
- Insurable to operate company vehicles.
- Forklift Operators Certification.
