Quality Auditors are responsible for ensuring that quality-related functions are executed on the shop floor. Specifically, they must follow work instructions, read blueprints and use measurement tools (such as gauges, micrometers, calipers). They must be able to use basic math, write audit reports and complete visual inspections.
Education, Skills, Experience
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Minimum of three to five solid years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing measuring equipment and lab equipment
- Demonstrated experience in reading blueprints
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining work logs, SPC Maintenance, Load Charts, Scrap Records
- Strong work ethic and solid work record
- Safety and quality focus
- Strong team orientation
