Janitor

TRS is looking for a Janitor in the Irving area!

Janitorial position for office cleaning.
Building is considered a “Class A” building that includes a “C Suite” floor with high level finishes throughout the building.

Hours M – F 3:00pm to 10:30pm
1. 3:00pm to 5:00pm - Day porter responsibilities
2. 5:00pm to 10:30pm - Core cleaning responsibilities

Must be able to follow instructions and be respectful and considerate to all office occupants in a quite environment.

Must be able to perform manual labor, lift up to 50lbs and follow all janitorial and office/site safety guidelines

Cleaning duties are divided up by floors between 3 people and a project person that rotates. These include but are not limited to;

1.Detail sanitizing and dusting offices and work stations, including waste pick up nightly
2.Vacuuming nightly
-- edge vacuuming quarterly
3.High dusting quarterly - project person
4.Carpet cleaning as needed - project person
--Annually - project person
5.Restrooms nightly detail and sanitizing cleaning and stocking
6.Pantries nightly detail and sanitizing cleaning
7.Light window cleaning as needed
8.Parking garage spot sweeping and nightly trash
9.Hard surfaces
--buffing bi-weekly - project person
--Auto scrub bi-weekly - project person


PAY: $14 - $18 (DOE)
