Looking for E&I Technicians! 1st shift - 8 day on, 6 off
Shifts are all days 10 hours, 8 days on 6 days off – will probably be 7a-5p but could change – No overtime
Minimum of 3 years experience, prefer 5+
Pay: $30-$35/hr DOE
The key job responsibilities of the E&I Technicians are:
- troubleshoot plant control and electrical systems and complete repairs as
necessary
- maintain plant maintenance records in a computer-based work order
system
- participate in the plant maintenance program as a system owner
- responsible to maintain files, logs, prints, diagrams for all designated
equipment
- responsible to keep up-dated the operating and procedure manuals with
any changes to instrument and control equipment
- responsible to maintain Continuous Emission Monitors (CEM) according to
air permit
- responsible to trouble shoot and calibrate temperature control systems
- responsible to trouble shoot alarm systems
- responsible to analyze and interpret technical test data
- responsible to trouble shoot sequence circuits and time delays
- responsible for new meter installations, preventative maintenance,
break/fix maintenance, and if necessary, the recommending of field
solution for measurement related problems
- responsible for the maintenance and operation of flow computers and
primary devices
- responsible for maintaining the required meter calibration and adhering to
company standards of documentation
- responsible for monitoring measurement and gas quality at assigned
meter sites
- maintain and trouble shoot telemetry on measurement equipment
- assess current operations, procedures, problems or needs and recommend
improvements to improve production, increase accuracy, enhance
performance, reduce lost and unaccounted for gas, and improve safety.
