Equipment Field Technician
Harrison, OH (Local/Regional Travel Required) Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (OT & Overnight Travel as Needed)

Overview:
TRS Craft Services is hiring an experienced Equipment Field Technician for our client’s Harrison, OH facility. This role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment both in-shop and on-site within a 200-mile radius.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and non-routine repairs on aerial lifts, forklifts, compressors, generators, and similar equipment.
Handle service calls in the field and at customer/project sites.
Complete work orders, parts requests, billing, and warranty documentation.
Communicate with customers regarding service needs and updates.
Follow all safety, health, and environmental policies.
Qualifications:
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret manuals and blueprints.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
Familiarity with aerial lifts, forklifts, compressors, and welding machines.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (non-CDL); must pass MVR, physical, and road test.
Able to lift, climb, and work in various weather conditions.
Must supply own basic tools (larger tools provided).
