Maintenance Technician
Ridgeville, SC Direct Hire | Full-Time | $30–$35/hr 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) or 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM) + OT
Position Summary: Seeking a skilled technician to maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, combustion, and CNC systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role supporting process improvements and equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, and combustion systems
Maintain CNC and die casting equipment, ensuring geometric accuracy
Diagnose and replace faulty components in mechanical and electrical systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Use hand/power tools, gauges, welding equipment, and SAP for maintenance tracking
Collaborate with maintenance teams to improve processes and ensure up time
Support ISO and OSHA compliance
Qualifications:
7–10 years’ experience in industrial maintenance (automotive/casting preferred)
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and instrumentation
Ability to work various shifts, overtime, and emergency call-ins
Valid driver’s license required
Must supply own basic tools
