Truck Driver 

Starting Pay: $24.04/hr
License Required: CDL Class C

Position Overview

The Truck Driver is responsible for safely transporting empty and loaded trailers within the yard to support production and shipping operations. This role works closely with crane operators and yard personnel to ensure materials are staged and loaded efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and quality standards to maintain a safe work environment
• Transport empty and loaded trailers to crane and designated loading/staging areas
• Position trailers for loading and shipment
• Assist crane helpers with:
  • Dunnage placement
  • Extending trailers as needed
• Support loading of erection materials
• Perform general yard maintenance and cleanup
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications

• CDL Class C required
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1–3 months of related experience or training preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, outdoor environment
• Strong attention to safety and detail
