Essential Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned and changed as needed):
• Responsible for maintaining month-end financial closing and preparation of related financial and management reports, while maintaining integrity of general ledger system in accordance with GAAP.
• Associate should be closely involved in the day to day operations and financials of the company.

Primary Objectives
• Maintain accuracy in company General Ledger and Sub-ledgers
• Provide analysis for monthly financial reports
• Perform monthly General Ledger and Sub-Ledgers reconciliation
• Audit preparation and support
• Tax preparation – sales & use, property taxes, etc.
• Prepare and post month-end and year-end accruals.
• Develop and report customer and product line profitability statements
• Maintain and update company standard costs and standard cost systems
• Coordinate, develop, analyze, and report overhead cost distribution processes
• Cash Management – cash flow forecasting, borrowing base filings, working capital management
• Provide cost analyses
• Work closely with Project Managers to reconcile & maximize profitability
• Participate in special ad hoc analyses and assignments.

Requirements
• 2-5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• BS Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work with individuals at all levels
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, AS400
