Process Operator

Our client is a polymer and  PET resin company where they are re-imaging chemistry to create a better world.

Job Duties

• This person would conduct inspections and readings on equipment and processes.
• Monitor all plant conditions throughout the shift and report any abnormalities to immediate supervisor.
• Operate and maintain equipment to ensure proper product flow.

REQUIREMENTS

• Adhere to all manufacturing safety guidelines, rules, and regulations
• Good knowledge of MS office suite
• Must be able work on elevated surfaces, climb ladders and work with hot material.
• Must be able to stand/work on concrete floors for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to (50) pounds and push/pull one hundred (100) pounds.
• Understand and follow written and verbal instructions and procedures that may be given.

SCHEDULE:
This job is a 12-hour shift. Must be available to work frequent overnight shifts. Work 4 on and off 4. *We rotate the day/night shifts every 3 months. (7 am to 7 pm and rotate to 7 pm to 7 am)
Expected hours: 48 – 60 per week

SALARY:
Starting $17.00 per hour, $1 increase after 30 days, $3.40 increase after 4 months

EDUCATION:
High School diploma with five years of manufacturing or engineering experience.
