TRS Craft Services is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for
a trusted client located in Lake Forest, CA!

**Screw Machine Operating experience is a must**

OVERVIEW
The Production Supervisor will delegate work and evaluate the performance of all employees in their department. This individual will ensure the operation remains efficient and is aligned with all goals. They will use problem solving/analytical skills to assist in resolving production issues and implementing corrective actions in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversees production team.
• Problem solves as required and implements changes to maximize production yield and efficiencies.
• Assists in all areas of production by learning each role within the department.
• Works closely with QA and R&D to property identify production problems.
• Enforces policies and procedures ensuring compliance with ISO, GMP, and company’s QMS.
• Maintains communication with management to ensure that necessary policies are understood and followed.
• Provides personnel development by instructing, training, motivating, and assisting employees to ensure that production quality objectives are achieved.
• Delegates tasks, follows up to ensure tasks are completed, observes, and provides feedback
on individual/team performance.
• Conducts annual performance reviews, sets obtainable goals for employees.
• Maintains quality service to establishing and enforcing organizational standards.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 2 - 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Performs a variety supervisory task.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Contributes to building a positive team environment.
• Uphold organizational values.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Computer Savvy
• Strong language, math and reasoning skills
• Follows company policies and procedures.
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
• Able to read and interpret written information.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet software; word processing; ERP software; engineering software.

REQUIREMENTS
• Must be willing to undergo drug screen and background check
• Must be authorized to work in the US
