Primary Night shift Position!
Job description
To support to all assembly operations, automated and non-automated, by performing troubleshooting, corrective
maintenance actions, and preventive/predictive maintenance activities, to ensure efficient and continuous
production systems operations in accordance with established procedures. Support general maintenance of
buildings, grounds, and facility. Support all development and implementation of TPM as directed.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2-year technical degree
• 3+ years manufacturing experience (Automated Equipment Environment, Automotive)
• Competent in Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC programming and troubleshooting
•Experience in Electrical/Electronic Controls, Sensors, Cameras, Motors and Drive Control Systems, All Types Schematics,
•Experience in Pneumatics Systems
•Good Mechanical troubleshooting ability,
•Competent in use of Microsoft Word and Excel
•Self-Motivated individual
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Troubleshoot, repair, and validate operations. Perform needed product quality checks after interventions
to production assembly process systems are made to include all associated documentation evidence, all in
collaboration with the Production/Quality Team
• Perform calibrations on production equipment as directed
• Maintain building and grounds equipment and systems as directed
• Perform Predictive, Preventative, PMs on automated production machinery as well as Buildings and
grounds related equipment and systems
• Perform upgrades on production equipment as well as Buildings and Grounds equipment as assigned
• Supports new program equipment design, purchase/build, install/wire, and launch support as required
• Maintain housekeeping, work-tracking documentations, equipment and tools, plant equipment
documentation, maintenance materials, and backups for equipment software
• Will be required as directed to develop needed Work Instructions and Procedures
