TRS Craft Services is seeking an Industrial Painter

This position is responsible for painting products and miscellaneous parts to meet production goals.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

 Mix and apply paint to surfaces and equipment
 Store, use, and dispose of paints and other hazardous materials used
 Clean and maintain sprayers and other related equipment.
 Identify, pull, wash and stage parts to be painted
 Communicate any material shortages and damages


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
 High School Diploma or GED equivalent
 2 - 4 years’ experience in a high volume material painting environment


SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
 Good communicational skills at all levels
 Excellent time management
 Skills working in a fast paced production environment
 Attention to detail
 Basic computer skills (MS Office & ERP System)
 Ability to read and interpret paint specifications
 Basic painting practices & knowledge
 Ability to operate washer and painting equipment
 Use of lifting equipment
 Forklift skills
 Wear protective clothing and respirator
 Ability to pass a fit test for respirator wear
