Job Responsibilities:
-Shop helper works with other teammates to help keep facility maintained and clear of all working hazards.
-Job responsibilities may change from day to day.
-Job duties can include remove debris from the plant floor, Organize and stack pallets as needed, Sweeping up metal shavings and debris
-Partner with facility maintenance to complete minor building repairs
-Complete tasks independently in a timely manner
-Flexible to different job assignments

Requirements:
- 1+ year work experience
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team member, open to helping in different departments as needed
- Must be able to work independently and stay on task.
- Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards

Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, contract to hire, hours are Monday through Friday, 7a.m. to 3:30 p.m but must be flexible.
