Job Description
• Coordinating with Production and shipping as need to meet Customers’ needs
• Coordinating Drivers routes and plans to increase efficiency and group routes
• Maintain organization in warehouse and inspection areas as needed to identify finished goods quickly and accurately
• Holding Shipping team accountable in following shipping / delivery procedures as needed to protect current and future business.
• Creating Packing slips/Invoices
• Closing out WO’s in ERP System
• Pulling Pull from Stock Orders” from stock to ship
• Scheduling / Contacting Carrier Services - BOL-Third party Services
• Receivables and Hardware – Receiving and verifying incoming goods and entering to stock
• Receiving All Items Coming in Through Trucking or UPS Services
• Issuing Service Po’s – both Issuing and Receiving
