Pay: $17.50 – $19.00 hour (DOE)
TRS is currently hiring a Janitor for a prestigious Class A office building in the Irving area. This building includes a high-end executive “C-Suite” floor and features upscale finishes throughout.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
You will be part of a janitorial team responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across multiple floors. Duties are divided among three team members and one rotating project person. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Office & Workstation Cleaning:
- Nightly sanitizing, dusting, and waste removal
- Vacuuming (nightly); edge vacuuming (quarterly)
- High dusting (quarterly – project person)
- Carpet cleaning as needed and annually (project person)
- Hard surface care:
- Buffing (bi-weekly – project person)
- Auto scrubbing (bi-weekly – project person)
- Nightly detailed cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking
- Light window cleaning as needed
- Nightly trash removal and spot sweeping in the parking garage
Requirements:
- Ability to follow instructions and work respectfully in a quiet, professional environment
- Capable of performing manual labor and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Adherence to janitorial and site-specific safety protocols
