Position: Concrete Mixer Driver (CDL A or B) Location: Buda, TX Pay Rate: $25.00+ per hour Schedule: Variable schedule based on concrete pour requirements; overtime, nights, and weekends may be required Scope of Work: Safely and efficiently operate a ready-mix concrete truck supporting the I-35 South Project.
Responsibilities
Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.
Safely transport and deliver ready-mix concrete to active construction sites.
Load and discharge concrete while maintaining product quality.
Complete required delivery documentation and reports.
Perform truck washout and cleanup procedures.
Attend daily safety meetings.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Work a flexible schedule based on project needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of ready-mix concrete truck driving experience.
Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Experience operating on active construction sites.
Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
Strong commitment to jobsite safety.
Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and DOT physical.
Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) must meet company and DOT standards.
