Shop Welder in a Sheet Metal Fabrication Shop! $20 + per hour DOE 2nd shift Temp-to-Hire Climate Controlled, Modern Shop!!
One of best clients need your Mig and Tig skills
What you need;
Be able to run Mig and Tig equipment for welding sheet metal components, assuring quality and productivity. Read and interpret blue prints of part components, and perform precision layout / set-up of components for welding. Keep up with traveler and paperwork flow by logging correct number of parts run to specifications.
How you can contribute to the shop and team;
Assist Weld Lead in the training and Qualification of less experienced welders. Know and enforce all Company and Safety rules and regulations, providing suggestions for improvement to quality and safety as they are identified.
Experience;
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required. Welding Certification(s) preferred. At least 2 years experience in Mig and Tig welding in a manufacturing environment required.
Training;
ISO-9000 Implementation OSHA Compliance Forklift Certification Mig and Tig Welding Qualifications Departmental Training as Required
