Fabricator/ Welder for project needs. Must have the knowledge and understanding of the drawings and weld symbols. A Fabricator/ Welder must have the knowledge of the materials being used at hand. A Fabricator/ Welder must have the following tools: • Measuring tape • Level, square, straight edge • Hand tools • Power tools • Welding helmet • Clamps A Fabricator/ Welder must have the following experience: • 5-10 years of MIG and Fluxcore welding on Stainless Steel and Carbon steel Fillet welds Flat position Vertical position Horizontal position Overhead position Full Penetration welds Flat position Vertical position Horizontal position Overhead position
5-10 years of TIG welding on Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel Fillet welds Flat position Vertical position Horizontal position Overhead position Full Penetration welds Flat position Vertical position Horizontal position Overhead position
5-10 years of Pipe welding on Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel TIG Welding MIG and Fluxcore welding Fillet welding Full Penetration welding · Knowledge of purging stainless steel pipe welding • Band saw cutting • Torch cutting with Oxy and acetylene • Plasma Cutting • Overhead crane (is a plus) • Forklift
