TRS Craft Services is searching for an experienced Recruiter to join our internal team in Greenville!

** This position is in-office 5 days/week **

Responsibilities:
• Build and develop relationships, written and verbal, with candidates and client groups, to understand and discuss requirements and opportunities
• Develop a strong base of candidates by building a network of contacts (phone, face-to-face)
• Recruit through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), social media, placing job adverts, and identifying new and creative means to source and attract talent
• Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with hiring managers and their support teams
• Participate with the hiring team to make employment recommendations based on information developed through interviews, reference checks, and employment applications
• Assist in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Websites and job boards
• Assist in other recruiting and selection activities such as administration, contact and negotiation with recruiting institutions
• Manage and/or attend career fairs and recruiting events
• Other related duties as required by leadership

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years recruiting experience, ideally within construction/manufacturing
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field (preferred)
• Self-motivation, target driven with a strong sense of urgency to meet goals and deadlines
• Aptitude with a variety of tools including Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.
