Work Schedule – Mon - Fri 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:
Daily/Weekly/Monthly responsibilities include the following:
- Daily/weekly reporting of production/process orders in SAP
- Work closely with the Finance, Warehousing, Logistics, and Production Teams to ensure material movement/usage is reported correctly and accurately
- Assist team with inventory reconciliations, counts and adjustments
- Correcting inventory variances as required
- Daily/weekly reporting/adjustments of raw material, semi-finished good and finished good inventory levels including end of run inventories
- Work closely with Supply Chain, monitoring Process Order, Batch Numbering and scheduling accuracy/completeness
- Support Production Planning as a Supplemental resource for Process/Production Order generation and adjustments in the absence of any schedulers or for special situations
- Work closely with Operations and the Master Data group to ensure proper BOM and Material Master setups/maintenance.
- Daily/weekly reporting and adjustments of packaging materials for the manufacturing area
- Assist logistics in reversal or adjustments of pallet quantities for shipments
- Liaise with the production and finance teams to determine correct usage and adjustments for month end reporting purposes
- Will be responsible for troubleshooting and correcting errors created in SAP
- Other duties as reasonably assigned

Skills, Experience, Qualifications/Education and Other Requirements:
- Previous experience with inventory administration and SAP preferred.
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Tools (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and decision-making skills are a plus.
- This position requires strong interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
- The person in this position must have a high level of decision-making ability with minimal supervision and should have good planning, prioritizing and organization and multiple priority management skills.

A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- This role is considered a rotating shift role and will potentially require weekend and holiday work to support the needs of the business. Time will be split within a production and an office environment thus frequent exposure to plant operations (noise, heat, machinery) requiring adherence to work/safety rules and protective equipment. Working conditions are typical of a manufacturing environment with offices and manufacturing processes. Extensive walking, reaching, sitting, stooping, bending, and standing, climbing stairs, heights may be required.
