TRS Craft Services has an immediate need for a Project Support Coordinator II for our client who is a full-service, global supplier of vehicles, construction equipment, tools, support services, and asset management solutions across multiple industries and government agencies.
Location: Tyler, TX
Job Description Summary
This position assists and supports others in a department, subdivision, function, or project.
The purpose of this position is to coordinate the placement of equipment and tools to meet customer contracts and requests. This position typically reports to the Project Support Manager.
Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Monitor contracts and orders to ensure contract compliance
• Answer customer questions, including price and availability of products and services
• Research resources to find equipment or tools that have been requested.
• Assist other Project Support Representatives with customer requests and orders
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
• Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
• Adhere to and support client's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
• Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
• Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
• Other duties as assigned
Typical Minimum Qualifications - Related Education, Experience & Skills
• A combination of education and related experience equal to five (5) years*; some locations may have additional or different qualifications to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to deal with detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
• Moderate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheet, and electronic presentation programs
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and tools and their uses
• Excellent negotiations and communication skills
• Tenacious attitude focused on meeting customer requests
• Detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications - Related Education, Experience & Skills
• High School diploma or global equivalent
• Accredited two (2) year technical or business degree or global equivalent preferred
• Related Experience: two (2) years in Project Support, preferably in the equipment industry
• Detail oriented
Shift: Mon- Fri, 7:30 a.m. to 4p.m. with plenty of overtime during outages
Pay: $45-50k ($21-24/hr)
