Immediate openings for a experienced Manufacturing Production Managers! Multiple shifts available! Great growth opportunity with a fast growing company!
The ideal candidate(s) will be able to execute the established production schedule utilizing assigned resources in a safe, cost effective and efficient manner. Contribute recommendations that support the continuous improvement program in place.
Job Responsibilities
• Ensure daily production schedules are complete on-time and correct, without defects
• Coach and mentor direct reports and drive a constant learning-focused environment
• Ensure effective employee relations and resolution of employee issues
• Lead, encourage and support Continuous Improvement/Lean processes within the department to improve production efficiencies, quality and safety
• Lead, encourage and support all Safety programs and processes, positively impacting the work environment
• Effectively communicate metric goals, performance to goal and ideas for improvements
• Participate in cross-functional teams for new product or product enhancement requirements as well as quality, safety and/or CI initiatives
• Ensure adherence to corporate quality and established ISO process standards and updates; revise as needed
• Maintain department budget objectives
Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 5 years of manufacturing operations experience
• A minimum of 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Organizational skills, ability to think out of the box, flexibility, good people skills, good judgment, analytical skills, and ability to react to change
• The ability to define requirements and expectations of team members and group leaders to meet business objectives
Salary $60K - $70K DOE
