TRS Craft Services are hiring Maintenance Technicians in Manassas, VA for long term project needs!
Key responsibilities: Individual shall demonstrate a thorough understanding of the mechanical HVAC systems like MAH, GMAH, FFU, GAH, FCs, building exhaust and VAVs and shall have past experience in starting up & commissioning equipment, systems, and metrology. Individual will work with the System Owner to develop OAT’s, FAT’s, PM’s and training procedures for the systems and be responsible for the P1276 transfer deliverables, audits, FAT and Blue Tag process on the mechanical systems. Skill Required: Excellent people and communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be disciplined, taking leadership and ownership of tasks and able to complete tasks to schedule and priority. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to work effectively across disciplines, work groups and with contractors to complete tasks and objectives. ** all candidates are required to have minimum safety requirements
