TRS Craft Services is hiring for a Lead Maintenance Technician!
Lead Maintenance Technician
Direct and maintain organization within the Maintenance Crew. This person will make sure that instructions and information is communicated from crew to crew as far as work lists and activities of the day are documented and resolved. Work closely with the Operation. Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work involves lifting of materials and product up to 30 pounds. Operation requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to include but not limited to, eye safety glasses and work boots. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted. Duties And Responsibilities • Industrial maintenance of injection molding machines, heaters, dryers, and all ancillary production equipment • Repair, replace, maintain, and keep in good working order within safety standards for machine electrical and hydraulic systems • Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues • Meet with the Production Supervisor to ensure that all equipment is available and functioning properly. • Make sure that the Daily Activity Logs, scheduled P.M.?s and check sheets are completed in detail • Ensures that information regarding equipment needing attention and/or parts needed to make repairs are passed on to the proper persons • Ensures that all trouble calls are responded to in a timely and effective manner • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers • Reviews the status of all open maintenance request on a daily basis • Assists in Employee Training and Improvement programs • Wear appropriate safety attire for work area assigned. (Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Gloves, Shoes, Respirator, and Clothing). • Ensure all company policies surrounding health & safety, quality requirements and housekeeping are met • Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
