TRS Craft Services is currently Hiring in Spartanburg SC for a Lead Job Forman/Pipefitter $25-28 DOE
WORK LOCATION: Traveling the Upstate Coast when needed.
3-5 years construction foreman experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
must have Pipefitter experience
Welding -Stick and a little bit of tig
Report project progress to superiors.
Lead and direct daily tasks to subordinates.
Supervise all construction workers, ensuring safety and quality.
Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors.
Solve disputes between workers.
Assign tasks to construction workers.
Willingness to continue to learn and grow.
Willingness to perform manual work when needed
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to organize a work schedule.
Ability to solve disputes between workers.
Excellent communication skills.
Deep knowledge of the construction industry and processes.
REQUIREMENTS CONTINUED
Perform quality checks on construction equipment.
Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently, throughout an entire workday.
Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions, hot and cold.
Ability to pass a background check and regular drug tests.
Ability to maintain safety standards.
Weekly per diem when traveling
