Heat Press Operator

We are looking for Heat Press Operators $17

2nd Shift 3:00pm-11:30pm M-F! Great opportunity for long term career!

No experience necessary but target candidates will have machine operator experience. You will be trained by senior skilled operators to ensure you are proficient at set-up and can produce the top quality our customers expect.


Responsibilities:
- Set up machines for new work orders.
- Control and adjust machine settings to optimize quality
- Manage the input of raw materials to the machine and ensure correct tracking of output
- Keep accurate records of changes, counts, and numerous standard operating conditions
- Enter data in the manufacturing tracking system
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and quality issues on the line
Skills

Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to follow procedures and document diligently
- Ability to pay close attention to small visual quality defects - good vision
- Ability to lift 25 pounds routinely
- Ability to work 8+ hours mostly standing or walking on a concrete shop floor
