TRS Craft Services is hiring immediately for Field Laborers in the Los Alamos, NM area!

Summary of Duties: Assist with day-to-day operations on site at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Provide support to field geologist as needed. Duties may include lifting up-to 50lbs, digging potholes and trenches in rocky soil, cutting concrete and asphalt, setting up and taking down tools, equipment and barricades, helping to collect soil samples, and other miscellaneous tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • General care and cleaning activities • Manual work • Adhering to the on-site safety plan Qualifications Required: • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and Experience: • Experience working on a secure site preferred Special Requirements: • OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training • Ability to pass U.S. Government employment background check and acquire U.S. Government Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential card.
Shift:
Typically Mon-Thurs 7am to 5:30pm, occasional Friday and weekend work as required.
Pay- $19-21/hr DOE
