Located: Greenwood, SC
Salary: $17/hr-$21/hr
Hours: 1st shift - 5:00am-3:30pm Monday - Thursday
3rd shift: 7:00pm–5:30am Monday- Thursday

Job Responsibilities
The employee will be primarily in the masking area, using customer prints to locate the masking dimensions of specific parts in order to protect the part from any contamination in those areas during our blast and epoxy processes. Employees may be required to flex into other areas depending on the job flow in the shop.
Candidates in this area must have print reading and tape measure skills, basic math skills (addition, subtraction, decimals, and fractions), and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting equipment, identifying issues, and performing repairs as needed.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with machinery and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform assembly, welding, and painting tasks as required.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment, including forklifts and industrial painting equipment.
- Utilize hand tools and basic math skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with other technicians and maintenance personnel to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Proven experience in performing technical tasks, including assembly, welding, and painting.
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment and machinery.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Experience with hand tools and basic math skills.
- Familiarity with construction painting and industrial painting techniques.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Skills:
- Proficiency in machining and fabrication techniques.
- Strong understanding of basic math concepts.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery.
- Knowledge of construction painting and industrial painting techniques.
- Experience with assembly and welding tasks.
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic safety procedures.
- Experience in a warehouse or industrial setting.
