TRS Craft Services is currently seeking Sorters for a client located in San Clemente, CA!
**Client will train if you have no experience!**
Schedule: 7 day/week, 24 hour facility 2nd and 3rd shifts slots currently open
Requirements Must be willing to undergo background check Must be authorized to work in the US
Capabilities and Experience • Cleanroom experience is a plus! • Ability to use microscope. • Basic math and writing abilities. • Special Skills: Mechanical ability and good hand-eye coordination required. • Must be able to sit for 8 hours a day. • Must have excellent vision and tolerate use of microscope 8 hours a day.
Responsibilities: • Adheres to all safety and quality requirements. • Visually inspects using prescribed procedures and working knowledge of product. • Reports scrap and finished goods quantities to QC Lead or Supervisor. • Utilizes microscopes for verification of defects to ensure compliance with visual requirements of the finished product. • Performs rework operations as required. • Aware of the quality criteria unique to each customer's requirements and inspects the parts accordingly. • Solves routine problems according to written procedures. Evaluates and selects solution from established options. • Provides support for operation floor teams in product acceptability. • Assists in the training of new inspectors. • Ensures discrepant material has been properly dispositioned. • Follows packaging instructions and packs products as directed. • Performs other functions as required. • In training for three months. • Good parts at a rate of less than 4000 parts per hour or 28K / day.
