Position: CDL Class B Driver
Location: San Antonio, TX
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Schedule: Up to 12 hours per day; weekend work required as needed based on workload
Scope of Work: Safely and efficiently operate concrete mixers supporting the I‑35 expansion project.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Attend daily safety meetings.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Work a flexible schedule based on project needs, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 12 months of relevant driving experience in the construction industry.
- Strong commitment to jobsite safety.
- Thorough operational knowledge and experience operating concrete mixer trucks.
- Experience with off‑highway driving on active construction sites.
- Must pass DOT pre‑employment drug screen, criminal background check, and TXDOT physical.
- Strict adherence to company, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Valid, current State-issued Class B driver’s license.
- Knowledge of and adherence to DOT rules and regulations.
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) must meet company and DOT standards.
