Location: Charleston, South Carolina
Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday – Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Compensation: Starting at $23/hour + Shift Differential | Overtime Available
Benefits: Full Benefits Package | 401(k)

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret layouts and dimensions from technical drawings and use manual gauges for precision measurement.
- Load, align, and set up CNC machines according to drawing specifications.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Operate within a high-performance team environment while adhering to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CNC machine setup and operation (grinders, lathes, milling equipment), or completion of a recognized machinist/toolmaker program.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and apply shop math.
- Familiarity with machining methods and cutting tools.
- Willingness to work any shift and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a company-specific mechanical skills assessment.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical, drug screen, background check, and ongoing random drug screenings.
- Must pass a visual exam (near vision and color perception).
- Computer literacy for Statistical Process Control (SPC), CMM measuring, and CNC controls.
