These positions are on FIRST SHIFT
Knowledge & Experience • Production processes. • Ability to read Engineering drawings. • Experience of Class 8 commercial vehicle assembly procedures. • Relevant assembling qualifications. • Relevant training courses in assembling, pneumatics systems. • Auto electrical knowledge. • General automobile assembly. • Problem solving skills and techniques. • The ability to work to a takt time. • Computer literate. • Ability to read & understand engineering build specifications.
Personal Attributes • Self-motivated. • “Can do” attitude. • Team working. • Responsibility for task in hand. • Structured & Methodical approach to problem solving. • Experience in production and continuous improvement activities. • Multi-skilled. • Flexibility. • Willingness to learn any new skills. • Overtime where necessary. • Possible weekend work.
