Job Description: Works under the direction of the Production Supervisor or the Senior Assembly Technician. The main function is to manufacture flame filter discs and associated tasks according to specified drawings and Bill of Materials per the corresponding Batch Order.
Duties:
- Safely operate shop and warehouse equipment to include but not limited to Forklifts, flame filter manufacturing machine, calibrated measuring equipment, tag marking machine, pneumatic tools, hydraulic clamp stations, jib crane, etc.
- Manufacture flame filter discs per drawing and BOM
- Install bushings in FFDs
- Calibrate FFDs using calibration rings
- Put FFDs in flame arrester cages and check with calibrated gauges
- Periodic Work-Related Travel
- Accurate completion of manufacturing related documentation
- Work overtime as required to meet customer delivery dates
- Other duties may be assigned
