TRS Craft Services have contract to hire immediate needs for Plastic Fabricators in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
PLASTICS WELDER / FABRICATOR STATUS: FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE CAREER LEVEL: FABRICATION WORK EXPERIENCE: 3-5 YEAR EXPERIENCE RESPONSIBILITIES • Cut, fit, and HOT AIR WELD THERMO PLASTIC material (Polypropylene, PVC, CPVC, PVDF, and HDPE) to fabricate tanks, fume hoods, cabinets, and pans. QUALIFICATIONS • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOT AIR WELDING OF THERMOPLASTICS (Polypropylene, PVC, CPVC, PVDF, and HDPE). • Must be able to read, layout, and fabricate from blue prints and schematics. • Experience in thermoplastic piping systems utilizing butt-fusion and socket fusion of Polypropylene and PVDF and solvent joining of PVC and CPVC a plus • Working knowledge of all shop tools and equipment i.e. drill press, table saws, band saws, routers, jig saws, etc. • Possess a positive attitude, professional work ethics and be a team player. • The ability to communicate and work effectively with managers, field personnel, customers, and employees.
